Hog Roast Monmouth catered a corporate function recently, where we were asked for piles of pigs in buns for most of the guests but also a gluten-free option. When we told our customer that we could easily make our version of hog roast rolls gluten-free, just by taking along suitable bread rolls or wraps, he was delighted, and on the day, we made sure that everyone invited was fed well and the hog roast was stripped clean.
