Hog Roast BridgendThe value of corporate catering becomes so obvious as soon as you see it at work. For any business, something as simple as a Hog Roast Bridgend catered lunch can massively boost morale at your workplace, and we don’t really need to tell you how much better a motivated workforce is for your business. When everyone is working with motivation and enjoying the atmosphere of the workplace, the benefits are numerous for your business.

That is why so many local businesses in Wales have chosen Hog Roast Bridgend for the midweek lunchtime dining at the office, and why they will continue to do so into the future, too. With stylishly made foods and a fast and efficient dining service that works around your work schedule, we can get your staff back on their feet, fuelled and ready to tackle the rest of the working week with plenty of gusto.

Hog Roast BridgendThat gusto is fuelled by the smoky and spicy tastes of our American-inspired southern slow roast – at least, it was in the case of our corporate customer from a few weeks back. We had a client contact the Hog Roast Bridgend team to enquire about our availability for annual work party and what we might be able to bring them. Catering managers Rob, Harry, and James then came up with an exciting menu that they believed would match up to what the customer was looking for. That was our southern slow roast, where style and taste match up to deliver an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.

Injecting a good bit of heat and spice into the working week, our southern slow roast is just the tonic needed for a work party. For this event our chefs cooked our Texan 24 hour beef brisket, Cajun spiced rotisserie cooked chickens, and pulled quarter of minted lamb. Going low and slow is the name of the game with these meats, allowing all of our spicing and BBQ marinades to really intensify and come to the fore with every bite. Accompanying these heaters were our cooling mac and cheese sides, Greek salad, homemade slaw, and additional portions of fries and sausages for even more dining goodness.

If our corporate client had even half as good a time as we did cooking, then we can call that even an unequivocal success!
