Our hog roast took centre stage as our chef team cooked it up with our crispy golden crackling to soak up and use every ounce of flavour and texture from our hog roast, our sage and onion stuffing for an even greater flavour punch, plus apple sauce for that added burst of moisture and (you guessed it!) flavour. Coupled with our veggie grilled skewers, mixed salad, gourmet slaw, and gluten free rolls and wraps, it was an anniversary feast worthy of our special couple’s retread of their special day!
