There’s nothing quite like a hog roast to bring friends and family together, and on the 20th of September, Hog Roast Narberth will be providing a spectacular wedding feast for 77 guests at Mounton Hill, Molleston. Catering Managers Rob, Harry, and James are preparing a menu that’s guaranteed to impress, combining rustic charm with crowd-pleasing flavours to make the couple’s big day unforgettable.
At the heart of the menu will be a whole roasted pig, slow-cooked until the meat is tender and the crackling perfectly crisp. Served with traditional sage and onion stuffing and tangy apple sauce, it’s the kind of centrepiece that always gets guests talking. Freshly baked bread rolls and wraps, including gluten-free options, will give everyone the chance to enjoy their hog roast their way—whether it’s a simple roll with apple sauce or a fully loaded creation.
To accompany the main, guests will enjoy a colourful selection of sides, designed to cater to a variety of tastes. A classic tomato and mozzarella salad will bring freshness to the table, while a mixed salad and creamy coleslaw add balance and crunch. For something heartier, our team will also be serving a mixture of 
traditional and sweet potato fries, complete with a range of sauces, salt, and vinegar so each guest can add their own finishing touch.
We know how important it is to cater for everyone, and that’s why our menu also includes a dedicated vegetarian and vegan option. Guests can tuck into our signature grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers (served without halloumi for vegans), paired with soft wraps, a refreshing tzatziki dip, and a punchy sweet chilli sauce. It’s a delicious alternative that ensures nobody misses out on the feast.
Everything will be served buffet-style onto eco-friendly wooden disposable crockery, with matching cutlery, for a relaxed yet polished dining experience that fits seamlessly into the wedding celebrations.
