Hog Roast Llantrisant has so much choice and variety on offer that we think you’ll be surprised, but we’ve always made sure to provide alternatives and additional food so that all of our customers and their guests can be catered for, regardless of personal tastes, appetites or dietary needs. While you can create your own menu if you prefer, by mixing and matching our mains, sides, desserts and canapés, we also have four of our own standalone menus, which may make choosing easier for you. Our Alfresco includes a hog roast centrepiece for your main course, accompanied by sides, but as it’s a three-course feast, you also get to enjoy antipasti platters to start and two desserts to finish. This menu is a great way to treat your guests to something they may well be expecting – our mouthwatering signature food – as well as an Italian surprise and something sweet, and it’s suitable for just about any kind of special occasion that you can think of, as we serve it at weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate functions and more.
Once you and your guests are seated, our Hog Roast Llantrisant catering team serve antipasti meats and cheeses to the tables, including salami, Prosciutto Parma ham, Parmagiano, Gorgonzola and mozzarella, as well as artisan breads of ciabatta, herb focaccia and breadsticks, and we provide extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. Once devoured, it’s time to queue up for a buffet-style hog roast, where we serve hot meat, crispy crackling and our homemade stuffing and apple sauce, together with a tomato and mozzarella salad, a selection of seasonal leaves and our gourmet coleslaw, as well as either roasted new potatoes or buttered new potatoes (which you choose when you book). Don’t forget to leave room for pudding though, which you also decide on in advance, such as profiteroles and cheesecake or summer pudding and chocolate torte.
