Earlier this spring, Hog Roast Laugharne was hired to provide catering at a party taking place in May. The party was being hosted by Ella, with 30 of her friends in attendance. The friendship group aims to meet up at least once a year, which may sound infrequent but is increasingly difficult with growing families, work commitments, and travel plans. For the party this May, Ella chose to invite her family and friends to her home and host a garden party, with a delicious BBQ served by Hog Roast Laugharne. On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Laugharne team arrived at Ella’s home and began to prepare our catering in the garden. For the main dishes, we provided succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spare ribs. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, alongside a selection of condiments and sauces. For the side dishes, Hog Roast Laugharne served homemade chips, sweet potato fries, crunch coleslaw, corn on the cob, and mac and cheese. This menu had plenty of hearty and filling dishes, with plenty for all 30 guests to enjoy. Our catering was a great addition to the event and was exactly what this friendship group needed to accompany their night of chatting and catching up.
