When Hog Roast Aberaeron was asked to provide a Halloween catering menu for a local university, we were more than happy to agree! The humanities department of the university chose to host a Halloween ball for its students, including a formal catering menu, a fancy dress dress-code, and lots of great music throughout the evening. For the menu, our team were asked to provide a formal catering package for 350 guests, including dishes that were gluten-free and meat-free. Our catering is incredibly versatile and we got to work planning our Hog Roast Dining Experience.
This menu begins with canapés served as the guests arrive at the venue. There are a variety of dishes to choose from and you can choose a selection of five for your guests to enjoy. Canapes create a formal atmosphere for the evening and a perfect introduction to our catering.
For the main course, we provide a classic Hog Roast Aberaeron meal, with delicious options including a slow-roasted hog, roasted sirloins steaks, and BBQ pulled jackfruit. Our main dishes are served with tasty accompaniments, as well as fresh bread rolls (including a gluten-free option), and fresh side dishes. This creates a balanced and nutritional meal for your guests, with something for everyone to enjoy.
To finish the catering, we provide your choice of desserts, with many different options to choose from. Our dishes are served elegantly, with fresh berries and English cream, creating an incredible dish.
