The Spitting Pig Wales Team travelled to Drope for a ‘Halloween’ Hog Roast, catering for Real SFX Special Effects Company. As you can image the costumes, gore and dry ice made this a very entertaining evening. There was a special ‘Halloween Tent’ for the children and lots of party games.
Hog roast Drope provided one of their free range pigs, slowly cooked for 12 hours to give the pulled pork that tender & succulent taste.
In addition to the hog roast Drope there was a whole salmon, baked with dill, tarragon & lemon juice, presented on a plate of mint flavoured boiled potatoes, dripping with butter.
What a great evening!
