Historic Rally Sport boss Mark Solloway knows how important customer relations are; you need to build respect, trust and above all an ability to push the boundaries! That’s why hog roast Llandysul got a call from Mark to hire a hog roast machine, not content to sit back and watch other people cook, Mark impressed his clients by spit roasting a lamb himself! Not only did this provide a talking point for the afternoon (the boss in an apron) but it also worked out to be a very reasonably price option. We were happy to drop the machine off for Mark, admire the classic rally cars he restores and then collect the machine the next day.
All in all a successful weekend for hog roast Llandysul!
