The new season of the Great British Bake-Off is here, which of course means all around the country many of us are going to only be thinking about delicious desserts for the next month or so. Unfortunately we don’t all possess the baking wizardry to impress Paul Hollywood, and the supermarket desserts also just don’t quite cut it. Here at Hog Roast Ammanford however, we believe we have just the assortment of sweet and savoury dessert dishes to get that all important Hollywood hand shake!
Many of you will course know Hog Roast Ammanford first and foremost as a hog roast caterer. It is in our name, after all. But what many guests don’t see at their events is that our chefs are just as excellent with the desserts as they are our famous roasts. At many events the dessert is often an afterthought; an optional choice course that is largely forgotten about because the preceding starter and main courses have already more than filled everyone up with their roast deliciousness. If only guests, however, could have space enough for our desserts, as they would then see that our creamy, savoury, chocolatey, and fruity desserts are as well worth it as all else that we do at events!
