Keltbray Rail Hog Roast in Bristol.

The Spitting Pig Wales Team had an early start this morning, leaving their farm, Ffos Yr Ewig in LLanfynydd at 5.30am to make the journey to Bristol. The client was Keltbray Rail, from Kent, show casing their rail plant machinery & accessories. They had over 200 clients booked in to view the exhibition throughout the day and it was spitting pig wales job to supply teas, coffees, freshly cooked beef burgers and their own homemade sausages. Not your typical Hog Roast in Bristol, but all the same, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Despite the blazing sun beating down on our gazebo, the griddle was in constant use as the clients tucked into delicious burgers & sausages throughout the day. By 3pm the day was over and we were able to pack up and travel across the bridge back to Wales.
