Corporate Hospitality Event, Spit Roast in New Quay

When Ian called us to arrange a corporate hospitality event that he needed catering for, we met up and worked with him to find the perfect solution for his requirements. He wanted a Spit Roast in New Quay with a marquee reception outdoors at his workplace for around 250 staff and clients but he was a little concerned that this would be too large an amount of people for us. We have often comfortably catered for crowds of hundreds and could even manage thousands if needed, so we put Ian’s mind at ease that we were the right hog roasting company to work with. We are passionate and professional about what we do, and customers frequently comment that they see that in our work and in our food, and this is also true when working with local or national businesses.

Another concern of Ian’s was that he thought his budget was fairly low, and while he preferred an informal buffet, he still required a high level of service as the event would possibly be bringing about new business for his company. We reassured him that no matter the budget, the level of service is still the same – we treat all of our customers the same and the level is always high. This is one of the main reasons why we get a lot of word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat business. Breathing a sigh of relief, Ian asked us to explore the menu options with him for his budget. We thought that our Corporate Hospitality Menu 2 would be ideal for his gathering. It includes a choice of spit-roasted meat, from pork, beef, lamb, turkey or chicken, which is served alongside two freshly-prepared salads and warmed new potatoes. This option features a chef (which would be myself on the day) and my catering assistant, as well as a serving table, serviettes and disposable crockery.

Ian decided on tasty, local, free-range spit-roast chicken for his event last Monday in New Quay, which we served with chipolata sausages and stuffing and our delicious homemade onion gravy. Fresh green leaf salad, coleslaw and the herb butter new potatoes also went down a treat – and by the end of the day it looked like Ian had found new business for his company (as we did when nearly 20 new customers asked to book us for their future events!)
