Hog Roast at The Hub, Llangian.

A lovely place called The Hub was the venue for Houston’s 21st Birthday Party and Spitting Pig Wales travelled from their farm to provide a succulent hog roast near Llangian for the 100 guests. The coastal town was still busy with the last of the ‘summer season’ holiday makers, out in force despite the cold dry evening. Spitting Pig Wales were able to set up in the large gazebo at the front of The Hub, alongside the ‘Photo Booth’ – not a quiet position by any means. The shrieks of laughter, the screams of shock as the guests dressed in various hats and costumes before entering the ‘Photo Booth’.  Everybody got a copy of their photos and Houston got to keep a Photo Album to remember her special day. The hog roast Llangian was served at 8pm and the guests quickly tucked into the succulent pork rolls, homemade stuffing and that wonderful crackling. The hot chilli sauce was very popular with the young ‘crowd’ – enjoying an evening of alcohol, hot delicious food, loud music and energetic dancing all provide the elements for a very successful 21st Birthday Party.
Spitting Pig Wales carefully packed away and headed back to the quiet rural village of Llanfynydd – another successful hog roast Llangian event.
