Hog Roast Fishguard’s Delicious Food Impresses Everyone

Hog Roast Fishguard were delighted to be asked by Bryony to cater for 100 people at a 21st birthday party at a beautiful listed building and grounds near to her home.

For all events, Hog Roast Fishguard always liaises closely with the client to ensure that all expectations are met (and regularly surpassed!) and that the most appropriate menu is selected.  For this type of event, we have a wide selection of menus and we discussed with Bryony, which would be most suitable.  The menu selection ranges from informal, Hog in a Roll food to more formal sit-down catering and the client was clear that this would be very informal and relaxed, outdoors in the countryside with guests mingling outside with many activities ongoing.  Alongside our traditional hog roast, the client wanted a mixture of salads, quiches and dips; we always ensure that there is flexibility in the menus to ensure that all tastes and requirements are catered for and we customised the menu accordingly.  There are many good caterers for this type of event but one of the things that makes Hog Roast Fishguard great is not only the professional service and the very high-quality food, but also the flexibility and adaptability that we have to be able to tailor our menus for the clients’ requirements.

We arrived at the beautiful venue and chose our spot to setup; it looked like it would be a very fun party with a marquee already erected with a dancefloor for some boogieing later in the evening and with lots of inflatables and paddling pools dotted about for the guests to party with.  Once set up and up to speed, we were ready to serve the delicious hog alongside the wonderful veg and salads and the food which all went down a treat with many guests commenting how tasty the food was.
