This week Hog Roast Haverfordwest catering manager Cliff had been booked by our client David to come along and prepare a classic hog roast for sixty people at the Haverfordwest Target Shooting Club. For those who don’t know the club was established in 1968 as the Haverfordwest Pistol Club and has an excellent history. These days the club boasts a 50m range, 25m range and 10m indoor air pistol range plus necessities of a cosy clubhouse for relaxation and socialising.
At this event we were given a spot inside the clubhouse from which to cater which was lucky as the weather for the day had certainly taken a turn for the worst! This didn’t stop Cliff however as he quickly got underway with the roast, ensuring the meat would have plenty of time to become beautifully tender and succulent before serving up to David and his guests.
