Hog roast Montgomery

The weather’s been a bit iffy here in Montgomery, but it’s been a good summer for hog roasts. As you can imagine, we’ve put on roasts in amazing properties in and around the town of Montgomery over the past season. The last few months have been especially busy with bookings coming thick and fast in July and August as weather finally improved, and we managed a brief breather at the start of the month before the autumn season got into swing with a couple of harvest time events.
We’re going full-throttle over the next couple of weeks, with two Christmas bookings this weekend as we head in to December. I love this part of the year – everyone’s always really up for it, especially around Christmas time, and we’re looking forward to all our events coming up this month. It hardly seems like work when everybody’s having so much fun, but then with 120 mouths to feed before the fireworks start we’ll be keeping ourselves pretty busy. With these autumn events you always feel right at the heart of the action with the hog roast going, and it’s nice to know that we’re keeping a lot of people fully fed and happy and providing a nice talking point for the guests. It just wouldn’t be the same without a hot roast Montgomery pork bap! A lot of the bookings we get during October and November are repeat customers who get us back every year to bring our unique flavour to their event, so we’re hoping to see some familiar faces.
