The Brecon Bunkhouse Hog Roast, Talgarth.

The Brecon Bunkhouse is a hostel nestled at the foot of the picturesque Brecon Beacons and was the location for the joining of three charities as part of their annual fund raising event. The much needed hog roast in Talgarth supplied by Spitting Pig Wales satisfied the staff of the 3 charities after what was a very long weekend of walking. Many of whom came back for 2nds, 3rds and even 4ths of the great tasting hog roast Talgarth pulled pork! Spitting Pig Wales takes great pride in producing their own rare breed pigs from their farm in LLanfynydd in Carmarthenshire. The pigs are allowed to enjoy roaming through the 27 acres of woodland, digging up roots, eating acorns and enjoying a free range life.

At the end of the event the organiser thanked Spitting Pig Wales for an excellent job well, their staff were well fed and tired from the weekend activities. Through their efforts the staff had managed to raise over £3000 for the three charities. Spitting Pig Wales were very happy to have played a small part in this worthwhile cause.
